Synth guru Tyler Coffin delivers a collection of video tutorials focusing on the awesome Arturia Analog Lab 3 virtual instrument. Learn how this software recreates some of the most famous synth sounds in history, as well as new ones, all while mastering its user interface and features and functions.
Tyler begins by welcoming you to the series and then gets right into it, showing you how to correctly make your basic settings and configure MIDI control. Then it's on to understanding Analog Lab's browser, where you can find a huge amount of various sounds.
Moving on you'll see how you can edit your sound in either Single Sound Mode, or create wild new combinations of sounds using Multi Mode, to layer sounds together. Macros are then explained and explored, allowing you to control multiple parameters and create custom connections between your controls and the instruments.
Tyler then goes into the fine art of preset management which allows you to save and load the custom presets that you make in Analog Lab, and then wraps up the series with a few sound creation examples, followed by some final points and comments to get you on your way to playing and making all kinds of fantastic sounds with Analog Lab.
